Pack Direct began as nothing more than a concept backed by investors. With no products, pricing structure, or systems in place, the challenge was to launch a full-scale packaging business from the ground up—built to compete in a crowded market.

Solutions

We provided full project management and consultancy to bring Pack Direct to market:

• Business Planning – Created a 12-month business and marketing strategy, complete with competitor research, pricing models, and growth goals.
• Process Development – Designed and digitised the manufacturing/order process, connecting a pricing database in Azure with a bespoke online custom box builder.
• Branding – Crafted the mission statement, USPs, messaging, and visual identity. Delivered brand guidelines covering stationery, signage, and packaging.
• Website Build – Launched a WordPress/WooCommerce website to house over 5,000 SKUs with e-commerce functionality.
• E-Commerce Enhancements – Established new types of product listings, pricing, and collections, with user tracking and behavioural insights.
• Content & Creative – Produced photography and video assets of products and the manufacturing process.
